Came quickly. Barely anything needed for setup; just the side tray needed to be screwed on. Quality felt ok. At first I'd say the legs felt a little cheap, but they've not caused any problems and I've been quite hard on them putting pressure on them when sitting in a chair that's very slightly narrower than the width of the table, so there's some flexing, which is good. I have a 13" laptop and it fits nicely. There's some extra space to the side where I can use my mouse. Using the pad/tray to the side feels a little awkward to me. There's 1 thing that is a little frustrating, which is the push and click mechanism for adjusting each leg. It's stiff and not very intuitive. Overall there are 6 'knuckles' you have to adjust. They aren't fluid, meaning you have to make sure they click into place. If you're mostly using it for one position (or 2) then it's no problem. I use it in many positions so it's not so fluid. They could try putting tightening lugs on there, so you could loosen them all, let it 'fall' into a position and then allow for tightening. Wondering if they didn't do that as over time they may wear and not stay in place. The only other upgrade I'd like to see is maybe and extra 3-5" table width with the same grippy foam on the main resting table, so you could use the mouse on the same level and move the laptop on an angle. As it stands now, your laptop will slide on the smooth metal surface and if you cheat, and use the main table for your mouse, it slides down. Overall a good product that is great value.Not good quality control on this product at all. The holes for the mouse pad were not aligned and I had to take a drill to make the corrections. The legs had some small dents as well as some chips in the paint. the legs are made of aluminum but the joints are made of plastic and easy to break if you apply too much pressure. The only good thing is there is hardly any assembling required. Once its set up and corrections made the unit works but just a little wobbly. As long as you do not press down hard on the stand it should hold up ok. Not the best unit but it works with a little work but would not buy again though.I expected it to be standing where if i sit on the couch it would be able to stand form the floor but i found out it cant i was disappointed for that the reason it lost 1 star. but other ways its good for when sitting on the couch and its above your lap although i would have preferred it with the floor verison you can sit on the floor but that defeats the purpose of sitting on your couch it works well for when sitting in the bed when i have sick daysUSB connector for the fans came apart unplugging after a couple months of use. It's still great and allows configuration for perfect angle while sitting but it's not the most durable of things.Product is ok, does serve its purpose to allow me to occasionally stand & work, but the design of how it raises/lowers/changes positions is not convenient at all. It has snap/lock in place buttons that you have to push one at a time to change positions. Not to mention you have to take everything off of it every time you want to change, you can’t just simply raise or lower it from standing to sitting. It also isn’t at sturdy as I’d like it to be, but overall it works as intended, just not very convenient.So...i mean it works... but, for the angle I wanted to use it, while on the couch, it does not work. If I move even slightly the laptop falls forward on me with the entire tray/laptop holder. So.. didn’t really solve the issue i purchased it for. Lastly the little clips for the end that are supposed to hold the laptop, there is no possible way to install those. I’ve put together some pretty difficult pieces in my life and I’ve never had trouble except for with these piecesFor the price laptop table was pretty sturdy. Used at work to alternate between sitting and standing throughout the day. Served the purpose I bought it for. Picture directions were a bit confusing for installing small stopper pieces on front but was still able to put together relatively quickly.Over all I honestly liked this product especially for the price it is because it does what I need it to do and works in my favor the fan I also favor, the only thing that I dislike would be the sturdiness of the legs of the product it could be a lot stronger but I like it so far.
